To provide support, financially and otherwise, to qualifying members in order to enable them to start and operate their own businesses provided that the investment committee shall assess the commerciality of any business venture and such ventures shall be approved by the Board​.

To support and enable qualifying members to acquire and operate businesses, as the Investment Com- mittee may determine, subject to the approval of the Board; provided that the qualifying members and the company collectively shall have control of the business.
